Shipping Rates & Delivery Thresholds

We strive to keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

  • Minimum Order Value: To process an order, a minimum purchase of Rs 500 is required.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: A standard shipping fee of Rs 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders valued at Rs 2,000 or above.

Order Processing & Timeline

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp (0335 5866464) with your tracking details once your package is on its way.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

  • Unpacking Requirement: As per our Return Policy, please record a clear unpacking video when you receive your package. This is mandatory for claiming any replacements for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package twice. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
