To maintain hygiene and product integrity, Returns and Refunds are not applicable for "Change of Mind." We only process replacements for items that are damaged during transit or if the incorrect item was delivered.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it.
Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0335 5866464 so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Important: To claim a replacement for a damaged delivery, a clear unpacking video is mandatory. This video must show the sealed package being opened for the first time to verify the condition of the items upon arrival.
In the event that a wrong item is delivered to you, we will arrange for a replacement of the correct product at no additional cost to you, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
To initiate a replacement request, message our support team on WhatsApp at 0335 5866464. If your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via WhatsApp regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please follow up with us on WhatsApp at 0335 5866464.
